    Firmware 2,25 That`s It?

    Is the actual Firmware 2.25 (RSP 1066) the last one or are there further imrovements and changes planned?

    Compared to last year and the beginning of the year it got quiet about topics concerning the firmware.

      I'm not sure if we'll see another update or not. Rotel's been busy working on the 1098 and other new products.

          I think that`s the point.

          RSP 1066 was yesterday and RSP 1098 is now.

          But I wonder If so many 1066 users like to upgrade.
          And support is the best thing they can do to make people buy their products.

          Next year willl be the RSP 1252 (fantasy number)
          and the RSP 1098? 4000€ and perhaps no upgrade and new firmwares.

              I buyed Rotel RSP-1068 processor with 1.1.7 firmware. I find that 1068 has newer software.
              But two kind of updates - firmware and eprom.
